Since I was disconnected with tech service I just plugged it in and took some advice from another post, held off button and volume down button 30 sec. Then tried the reverse with off and volume up. It came on and power said 1%? I left it for the night turned on and did a restart. Now wondering if its not registering my power availability right? Because it was 91% when this started.

I bought this tablet August 12 2025, love the tablet was having no problem with it. Until tonight, Sept 16, 2025. 91% charge and was reading a post from my cousin when the tablet shut off. Just went black. I've tried to restart but its just dead. Plugged it in and still dead??

I am looking for simple customization "how to" instructions such as putting apps, widgets, etc. onto the home page/screen. I have the user manual but it is not there.
Its simple long press on the homescreen and select widgets to add to your homescreen and to add a apps open your app drawer long press on the app and drag it to the homescreen. Id suggest checking out YouTube for customization videos.
