Hi,

I filled the survey for "get rewards for watching TV" with the incorrect country on my Samsung account profile. Now, after correctly having USA as my country I cannot retake the survey. Is there anyway I can reset my survey or enroll in that program in another way?

All you could do is try emailing the TV and You Support department to see if they are able to help.
