Ttab s9 touch screen freezing

Sometimes the touch screen is freezing and i can't use the touch screen in my finger and when this problem happened i can only touch the screen with my s pen 

??How can i fix this problem

@Mohammed_Nour Have you run any of the diagnostics available in the Samsung Members app?

Have you tried wiping the device cache partition?

Have you tried booting into safe mode? If it works fine while booted in safe mode, the cause of the issue is a 3rd party app. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
