Just got the tab S10 plus 5G from AT&T and it did not come with the one ui 8

@fyplovely Te S Pen does not show up in the list of Bluetooth devices. 

Put a battery widget on the screen. You will see the battery level for the tablet and the S Pen.

I think that you bought the Tab A9+. You can verify by going to tablet settings -> About tablet

Post the screenshot of that.
