You're gonna need to actually describe the problem if you want people to help you. You're unable to open links - we understand that much. Links from what? Text messages, email, browser? Provide some detail.

It sounds like you might be dealing with two different issues at once. If you're having trouble opening links, it's probably not directly caused by AI features on the device. Here are a couple of things to try:
1. Check your default browser setting
Go to Settings > Apps > Choose default apps > Browser app and make sure a browser like Samsung Internet or Chrome is set.
2. Try clearing the app thatโs failing to open links
If links arenโt opening from a messaging app or email, go to Settings > Apps > [that app] > Storage > Clear cache.
3. To disable AI features
If you're trying to turn off Samsungโs AI features like Galaxy AI or suggestions:
Go to Settings > Advanced intelligence
Toggle off anything you donโt want running (like Suggestions, Live Translate, Summarize, etc.)
If you can clarify what you mean by โAI interfering with links,โ Iโd be glad to help more directly. It could be something simple in the background causing a conflict. You're not alone โ weโll figure it out.
