Homeup won't save backup on Tab S10 Ultra

Everything was working fine. Had it updating once a week. And then the end of July it just stopped. I've tried everything I've wiped uninstalled reinstalled. It all started with that latest update. Anyone else have this issue? And if so how can this be fixed. I'm afraid if something happens I can't restore my homepage.

You can always do an immediate backup until it gets fixed. You can also use the Samsung reminder app to alert you once a week to backup manually your screen settings.

I will look on my Tab S10+ to see if it is working for me.

When I do an immediate backup it says backup successful but nothing is saved. Very weird. I even went into the folder where the backups are supposed to be and there's nothing there. Works perfectly fine on my s25 ultra.

It is working perfectly on my Tab and S25U.

Have you tried a wipe cache partition on the Tab?

Yes I've tried everything except factory reset but then I'll lose all my stuff. This just happened out of nowhere the backups just stopped and now I can get it to work again. I erased homeup to try to fix it and lost all the backups that I had and now I can't save it anymore.

It is working properly on my tab. I had it set to once a day, and I changed it to once a week.

It must be something corrupted then. I've tried everything. I'm probably going to have to reset this which sucks because I've DIY a lot of stuff and I'm going to lose it.

Put a thumb drive in the tab and use Smart Switch to save everything.

Have you tried to turn off DIY, I think that is your problem. DIY is still considered beta. I would bet if you turned of DIY you will get a backup.

Yes I tried turning that off. It doesn't work. It was working fine and then it just stopped. When I hit immediate it says backup successful and nothing shows up. Went into the folder and nothing's there very strange. Maybe I wait for oneUI8 and see if that fixes it. If not I'm going to have to restore my tablet start over. Honestly even if I make it back up I'm afraid it's if it's corrupted it's just going to keep doing it.
