That's the current date for for the Google Play software on the S10 Plus.

Google is weird. There have been 2 Play System updates this month for the Tab S10 series, both being November. My Pixel also says November.

Think last year we had this forget when but was like 2 or 3 months for some to get the update current seems we are back again same issue
