TabletsAn FYI, I purchased a Galaxy Tab S9 FE in October of 2024, and today (January 18, 2026) it just powered itself down while plugged in and turned on. There were no warning notifications while the tablet was on and functioning. I didn't feel any excessive heat on the front or back. Pressing the power button did not turn it on. Using the power/volume down for 40 seconds did power it back on, but shortly after, it powered down again and now is unresponsive. No key combinations (power/volume up, power/volume down) has any effect. I've tried applying power from a Samsung charger for hours, but no change and no screen icon indication of charging. I've tried all the suggestions I can find when searching the internet, but nothing helps.
Any ideas on what might be going on with this tablet? I'm rather disappointed it's only been a little over a year of ownership and it's dead.
