Why do we need to sign in to our tablet in order for it to charge?

@usersBWUZoZ7L9 I've never seen that. Did you perhaps download some 3rd party software that is causing it?

I am not aware that I did. Do you have any suggestions on finding software that was accidentally downloaded?

@usersBWUZoZ7L9 You would just need to delete 3rd party apps until the behavior stopped. 

As a troubleshooting step, you can boot into safe mode. If the behavior is correct while booted in safe mode, then you know it is caused by some 3rd party app.
