SuggestionsI agree! I know some carriers support using Samsung's built-in visual voicemail and it's so much better than using a carrier's branded apps.
Please Samsung, allow all of us to use the native VVM.

Thank you for your feedback on Visual Voice mail.
Currently, there are 2 types of Visual Voice mails; Carrier and Native
Carrier supported Visual Voicemail apps are preloaded on device (T-Mobile, Cricket...) with their own uniqueness, while Samsung device supports Native Visual Voice mail as a default (Dialer Settings > Visual Voice Mail) which is intended to support Visual Voicemail capability for network carries that do not support their own Visual Voicemail app.
As suggested, we will keep improving the Native Visual Voicemail app to provide seamless experience to customers.
