They moved the search box in Settings to hover at the bottom of the screen

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. Really hoping they give us an option to change this back (either in Good Luck or main settings).

It covers up important parts of the screen.

I agree with you. They also should make the search bar more transparent like one ui 8 and have an option to hide the search bar

Scroll up and you'll be able to see what's behind the search bar plus it's now closer to your fingers. I do agree that they could make it optional in good lock but I don't think it was a bad choice at all. The ultra is a huge screen so anything they do to make it easier to type with is good in my book.
