Notification panel inconsistency

There are like different blur effect applied on notifications, I like the tera box app like effect instead the darker ones. The notification settings and clear buttons doesn't have blur effect, just a weird overlapping transparency

Definitely need to work on the consistency of the blurs across the UI. They should all match
