It wasn't working at first, but you gotta turn it on in the Now Bar settings, enable Personal Data Intelligence, then add the Now Brief widget to your home screen to open it.
A couple of days post update and Now Brief is showing on the lock screen and Now Bar.
Once you tap the Now Brief and view it goes away until there is another update.
