I've already posted a few suggestions, but here are more that people want, which I felt didn't warrant their own dedicated posts.
1. Add an internet speed indicator. This is a classic feature other brands have, and it would make troubleshooting easier. You can quickly determine if your internet is the issue, or if the servers are having a problem. I personally think this should be a toggleable feature, rather than always being enabled.
2. Add the ability to change the display color gamut. Recent phones are already certified for P3, so it would be nice to have an option to change between sRGB, P3, etc.
3. Make more elements rounded. Some UI elements and features, such as the Edge panel, haven't been made rounder, even after One UI 7's emphasis on roundness.
4. On large-screen devices (foldables and tablets), place the notification panel and quick panel next to each other. (Concept by That Josh Guy on Twitter/X)
5. Add an option for daily data usage notifications.s
