I like the new animations for the notification and quick panels, however, if I try to swipe it back up immediately after bringing it down, it does not register the action and I have to wait for the animation to end before I can swipe it back up. This makes it feel less responsive and laggy at times. I would suggest and love it if we can cancel animation and start swipe up animation if we do a swipe up gesture immediately after bringing down the quick, or the notification panel.
