Not A Fan of The Gallery Cover Image Banner

Please consider removing this cover image banner on albums, it takes up real estate and is redundant since the cover image is already in the album.

I never paid attention to this before since I really never use it, now I can't unsee it.

It is a waste of space! It also makes albums loud. The cover, then the side bar with other albums too. I think simply having a drop down arrow to choose between albums (names or not) while showing the whole of the albums contents also sorted in various ways (date, type etc) would be better. I made my own album cover in the meantime...
