Photos and videos stored in a locked photo album show up in the photo selection when trying to add a photo using Samsung messages application.
I think that those images should not show up and if they do, they should have a cover image and require unlocking to allow it to be added to a message.
I think this would be a great feature to have and add to the software.
This is actually an old problem from One UI 6, never fixed. Not only Samsung Messages, but all apps can see the locked albums. You can move your files to the Secure Folder.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
