No animation for Do not disturb/charging notification size too big

As of now, there is no animation when toggling Do Not Disturb on or off yet, and I'd like to see one added in future updates as it will look more professional.

 For reference, I am using the Together mode for the notification panel. 

I also think the Charging notification found in the notification panel can also be smaller in width, like in previous iterations of Android.

What would be nice is if they made the charging notification similar to the do not disturb notification where it's up and out of the way. Then if you tap it, it will expand to show the information about your charge limit.
