The fingerprint unlock user experience is not satisfying, especially compared to competitors. The new home screen animation is a good step forward, but the fingerprint unlock should be accompanied by a haptic feedback signaling successful unlocking (perhaps one vibration instead of the 2 or 3 indicating a fingerprint that doesn't match), along with maybe even a full screen animation spreading from the fingerprint location (a glassy wave sort of animation, or maybe even a black -> screen on circular animation stemming from the fingerprint area)
