Let users pick dark mode pallete icon style

With OU7 brought changes to how dark mode app icons are shown when color pallete is applied to them. 

Before, dark mode would just have a darker shade of the same color as light mode, but both had a white icon. Now its the same color background as light mode, but with a black icon.

This leads to a very inconvenient user experience as the black icon can make some of the icons harder to see and just looks like a negative filter is applied to them. It also leads to UI inconsistency with the quick panel since all those icons remain white.

Give the users choice for how icons look in dark mode whether it's the same background with a dark icon, dark background with white icon, or maybe a black background with the light color as the icon.
