"Couldn't create Secure Folder" error

Everytime i open the Secure folder app it ends up giving me "Couldn't create Secure Folder Somthing went wrong. If this problem persists, contact Customer Service "

i've already tried Clearing Cache and Data, but i have no option to uninstall

Try a soft reset press the power button and lower volume button at same time the phone should restart after few seconds

still can't use it i thought it worked but i got the error again just a few seconds later

I would submit feedback bottom of the page tab on right support and than towards top of that page in box says summit feedback
