Samsung Apps and ServicesHello sugarmoma,
Thanks for reaching out. Due to YouTube being a third-party app and Samsung doesn't have any control with this app. But I can still try to provide some steps to help resolve your concerns.
1. Double-check the comments section are not disabled
2. Clearing the YouTube app cache.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Select the specific app you want to clear (or search for it).
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache at the bottom of the screen.
You can follow this link here as well: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
3. Make sure your device/apps are currently up-to-date with the latest software.
If you are still experiencing issues with the YouTube app, It's recommended to reach out to the developers of the YouTube app.
You also have an option to submit an error report within the Members app.
- Open Samsung Members: Launch the Samsung Members app.
- Support Tab: Tap on the Support icon (usually at the bottom right).
- Error Reports: Tap on Error reports.
- Category Selection: Choose the category that best fits your issue (e.g., Battery usage, Restart/Freezing).
- Describe Issue: Enter the details of the problem and specify the frequency (e.g., Once, Often).
- Attach Evidence: Use the paperclip icon to attach screenshots or videos of the error.
- Send Log Files: Ensure "Send system log data" is checked to help technical teams troubleshoot.
- Submit: Tap the Send icon (airplane) in the top right corner.
