I try to reset my phone before each charge. I do this to make shore the phone is in a better state to charge. IMO it will make your battery last longer in the end. I also charge to 100% because I get an extra day from the extra 20%. They say to charge at 20% and stop at 80% so your only getting half a charge cycle on each charge. But I get one too one and a half days extra charging too 100%. Im getting almost twice the battery life. So it's worth doing IMO. When I charge to 80% it seems to discharge faster.
