Website not opening properly on Samsung mobile phones (intermittent issue)

Hello Samsung Community,

I’m facing an issue where my website sometimes does not open when accessed on Samsung mobile phones, while it works fine on desktops and other Android devices.

Issue details:

• Page occasionally fails to load on Samsung Internet / Chrome

• No consistent error message shown

• Works normally on PC and some non-Samsung mobiles

• Internet connection is stable

I have checked hosting, SSL, and DNS settings, and the site loads correctly on other platforms.

Has anyone faced a similar issue on Samsung devices?
Could this be related to Samsung Internet browser settings, cache, DNS, or device-specific compatibility?

Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

Why would there only be an issue with Samsung devices? Web access is web access, regardless of which device is used to initiate it. This looks like advertising disguised as a tech help request, which is against community guidelines.
