Visual voicemail is a feature that needs to be enabled by your carrier. If they don't provide it, you won't have it.

They're deflecting. The capability exists; the carrier needs to turn on the feature. I used to not have visual voicemail on my prepaid plan but one day, my carrier changed what was available (same exact plan) and now I have vvm.
