Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I have an S21. I've been experiencing this for 3 days, and I also have Verizon.

Unfortunately yes. Samsung had me do a factory reset claiming that "update will happen on it own"....yeah still having problems here too!

Yes. Error code 500 and it will not update.

I just tried and tried to get 56 update and I'm getting the same 500 error message.
