Unable to change password on the Samsung members app

I'm going into my profile to change my password. Nothing happens after I click next. It's been like this for months.

I haven't tried that yet. I do have the right password. Going to try removing next

To change the password you need the current one, but if you don't have it then click forget password and it will send you a text message or email to reset it

Glad that you were able to fix the password issue, Remember to change it every couple of months and add a backup recovery method such as a phone number or email address just in case you get locked out of your Samsung account !
