Samsung Apps and ServicesYour email app usually has an indicator next to a message to mark it as spam. Depending on which mail reader or web app you use, it will be situated differently, but easily accessible. If you open a message, there is usually a dot menu where options are shown, and blocking is one of them. If you don't want to open a message you know is spam, as I said, different mail apps have the option in different locations. In the mail app I use, I slide to the right and select "block sender". Most mobile mail readers work similarly (just a matter of whether it's a right or left swipe).

Samsung Apps and ServicesThat is not possible. It will always come to your email account, but items of known spam and items you mark as spam will end up in your spam folder so it doesn't get mixed with your regular email. You can then empty the spam folder without looking at it at all or open it to scan it to make sure no legitimate mail ends up there. Just like there is no way to prevent anyone from calling you, there is no way to prevent anyone from sending you email.
Items you mark as spam should not be going back to your unread folder, it should be going to your spam or bulk mail folder. I need to know which mail client you are using. You can always go to your account on the Hotmail website and make sure spam blocking is on and mark those items as spam from within Hotmail.
