I just wanted to give some general feedback. I started with Android with my first smart phone about 15 years ago. Love the robustness of the platform but the user flow was not quite there so I moved to apple. I decided to give it another shot and I have to say it is still more cumbersome to navigate than the apple platform. To sum it up it seems like it's one extra step to do everything. Few examples. On apple my notifications on the lock screen can be seen as they come in. On android I have to wake the screen up then swipe to see the notifications. Another to do a search on the phone I have to swipe the hit the search bar then type what I am looking for. On apple I swipe and the search bar and keyboard comes up instantly. Also bisby and Google voice recognition is not as good as siri.

Hope this helps with future updates. I told myself I was going to give it a year but it's been tough thus far. The platform and phones are jam pack but the user flow experience is cumbersome.

My phone shows notifications on the lock screen. Go to phone settings -> Notifications-> Lock screen Notifications to enable this feature.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I do get notifications on the lock screen. However I have to tap the screen then swipe to preview the notifications as the original notifications are just small icons. On my iPhone when I wake the iPhone up my previews were already there and all I needed to do was scroll through them. It's one extra step is what I was trying to convey. However if there is a tip that I'm missing please help me out. Again thank you very much for your feedback

@cscmetro In that same menu, select Show content. It sounds like you have "Hide content" enabled.

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. I completely understand how those extra steps can impact the user experience. It's great that you're giving Android another chance despite the challenges.
