Samsung Health app reminder sleep notification

I opened the health app and was greeted with the message, "Your recommended bedtime was 7:50 p.m. Put down the phone and go straight to bed.". I guess my sleep stats from last night were less than perfect.

I DON'T NEED MY PHONE TO TELL ME IT'S BEDTIME! I guess I should be happy it wasn't pop-up notification.

I don't really care if there's a bedtime recommendation, the wording just threw me. "Put the phone down and go straight to bed", rather than "Your recommended bedtime was 7:50 p.m., you should head to bed now ."
