Purchased Wallpapers have gone missing?

Hi all,...I'm hoping someone can help me solve what I can't 🙂

Back on the 9th Oct 25, I purchased all on the same day, 29 wallpapers from the Galaxy Store, with my then-old Galaxy S8 phone, they are in "My Stuff". Five days ago, I upgraded my phone to an S23 Plus, used Smart Switch to transfer all my data, and then swapped my SIM card (it's 5G and the same size). No problems so far. When I went to change my wallpaper, the "My Stuff" folder was empty! Searched Google, maybe Smart Switch had missed it, so I did it again "My Stuff" folder was STILL empty!

So, I go to Galaxy Store, in My Apps > Apps > Themes > Wallpapers, and I only have the one wallpaper I purchased on Dec 2, 2025? Where are all the other 29 wallpapers purchased on the 9th Oct 25? And how do I get them back? Have I missed something? Am I searching in the wrong place?

You're welcome. Just so you know, this is the US Samsung Members community. All discussion here is centered on US mobile carriers and devices specific to the US market. While that didn't matter for your particular issue, you may want to register in the community for your region, in case of future issues:

There's some stuff that can't be transferred and some wallpapers aren't compatible with certain phones , there is listings in the app store in the content that says what devices the stuff is compatible with , often makers of the wallpapers restrict access to their content and don't make it available to all phones or allow transferring from one phone to another because they want money.

Hi, yes, I have been reading more on that....But even so, when you purchase things, you should be able to see what it is you purchased, and some sort of record should show up somewhere! The fact that it's not showing up where it should makes it confusing, and shows that I have purchased NOTHING!!

Try this, go to the my apps section of the store, tap on themes on the top.  Below the top menu on the right, it say "themes" with a downward arrow.  Tap the arrow and then tap on wallpapers.  You should see your wallpapers.

Hi, I'm guessing that I should see, but don't, only the one wallpaper for Dec 2nd, but still nothing of the 29 for 9th Oct??

It's not out of the realm of possibility that the wallpapers are not compatible with the new device, but I dont see why they shouldn't be, since they are just photos anyway

I'm not sure if it could be a faulty phone even? As I have an issue where I have internet over Wi-Fi in my home with Virgine Media but cant get internet outside my home...I need to find a suitable place to post that issue for some help...As said it COULD be a phone fault??
