I'm going to read between the lines and say that you're looking for a free service? Unfortunately, I doubt if you're going to find any free service to remove a person or a thing from a video. Break out your checkbook/Samsung Pay/Google Pay and purchase one.
Samsung has talked about adding this for years and I think it will come to fruition but it needs AI to work much like the picture erasure we have now that can remove people and objects from pictures.
