I recently switched from Apple and when I log into my Samsung account on a web browser I cannot find any way to see and manage my care + plan. I even looked under subscriptions and nothing. Why is this so difficult?

Samsung Apps and Services@userEDzGekLHaE I agree, it is a pain to find that info. Honestly the best way to do it is to go to Settings -> About phone on your device and click on Samsung Care+ at the bottom. This will take you to a browser page listing all of your covered mobile devices. You can click on any device to see further information.
I also have a covered dishwasher but it is not listed on that screen. If you call 1-866-371-9501 they can give you all the info on everything over the phone.
