Samsung should make a reskin of the google messages app with rcs and the google features with the ability to show other people's battery/celleur data connection i think it would be useful as it could list if someone is offline or their battery died and I think samsung should make their own messaging app similar to imessage that works with other samsungs
Thanks for reading

Yeah, I don't know of anyone that would need that information except for EMS and the Police. The General Public in my opinion don't need to know everyone's battery and signal levels.

If you need to know the status of someone's battery, use Google Find Hub or a third party app like Life360. You'll know their network status because you can see location in real time.
If you don't have a close enough connection to someone IRL that they willingly share this data with you, you don't need it.
As for the iMessage equivalent, that's the point of RCS/Google Messages, but universal for all devices, even iPhones. Manufacturer-exclusive messaging platforms are regressive and anti-competitive. We should be striving toward better cross-platform compatibility.

Samsung did/does have their own messaging platform. They've had it for years. It only recently stopped being the default as Google is trying to unify messages, which has vastly improved in the last 2 years.
Google Messages has RCS because Google Messages supports the SDk.
From what I've seen Samsung Messages on the s25 supports RCS, I use Google messages so I haven't confirmed.
