My Files Update Broke OneDrive Integration—Rollback Restored Access

On Samsung S22 Ultra, the latest update to My Files caused OneDrive integration to break.

The account still shows as linked, but tapping the OneDrive folder just refreshes and displays an empty view.

Rolling back to the factory version of My Files restored access—files from OneDrive reappeared and were usable.

Google Drive is also linked but remains empty, though my priority is OneDrive since it holds documents.

Hoping Samsung addresses this bug so cloud storage links function reliably in future updates.

I've seen a few posts about people no longer being able to access OneDrive through My Files. You may want to reinstall the update, so you can submit feedback to Samsung along with logs. You can then roll back to a functional version of the app. Here's how to submit feedback:

OneDrive and MyFiles are both preinstalled on my new S25 FE.  This is very annoying and Samsung Tech Support seem reluctant to get involved.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I rely on this to work for me at my jobs, so someone else will have to report their logs. I am sure I am not the only one, and it seems this issue occurred recently in an update, as it was working for me without a glitch before.

One Drive works fine for me. As another user said, you can still use one drive directly, so why should you hope someone else sends a report and submits their logs? What if this issue is unique to you, or not caused by the same issue as another user? They can't fix it if they don't know why it's broken. Besides, reinstalling the update, may clear up whatever happened. There is, of course, no reason you can't run an older version of my files if it works, but it's only going to update itself again if you have auto update on. You can reinstall the update and if the problem persists, submit your logs and then reinstall the update.

But the problem comes when you want to move local files to OneDrive.  Also not confident with the integration of Gallery and OneDrive.

I have no issue with that on my phone.  I can view and move files freely between OneDrive and any other drive.  This might be an issue with relatively few phones and may have more to do with the user configuration of the phone than the update of the OS or the file manager app.

I got the same problem, in other thread were a lot with this issue and other user came up with your suggested fix that is working for me. It seems that at some point some got an update for the app to Version 15.4.01.2 and they've said it had been fixed, but isn't showing in the store to me yet. I'll be waiting until that update show up to update the app.
