I finally got it figured out there's a problem with the patch that was released if you check the vulnerabilities.. it will perfectly make sense anyways I developed with AOSP so I did my own commit and pull from the repository got me my own little open source patch LOL and no it doesn't mess with the bootloader make me unofficial noda lol I'll just take Android studios remove the files before I install the OTA update but might want to read that vulnerability report....
