Lockstar opens when unlocking phone

When i have my finger where the fingerprint scanner is and face unlock unlocks my phone first It opens lockstar 

 Its only really an issue when I'm trying to take an important call and have to spam the back button to close it

Why do you have both facial recognition and fingerprints on?  If you are going into lockscreen edit mode, it's because you are long pressing on the lock screen.  Since the phone was already unlocked by facial recognition, the long press will assume you want to edit.  The fingerprint scanner should disappear anyway once the phone unlocks.  You only need to tap the fingerprint scanner lightly, not press and hold.  In any case, choose which method you prefer to unlock your phone and turn off the other one.  Use a PIN or password as your alternate method instead of two biometrics.

I have both on and never run into this problem.

I think they are pressing too long on the fingerprint sensor. Perhaps they should allow facial rec to unlock the phone and not touch the sensor unless they need to.
