Import txt files to Samsung Notes

I had around 7,000 .vnt (VNote) files from an old Samsung device. I wrote a Python script to extract their contents and convert them into .txt files. Now I’m left with roughly 7,000 text files that I need to import into the new Samsung Notes app.
The problem is that Samsung Notes only supports importing .spd and PDF files. While I can convert the .txt files to PDFs, they wouldn’t be editable afterward. There also doesn’t seem to be any official API or endpoint for programmatically creating notes in Samsung Notes at scale.
At this point, I’m considering running some kind of automated task directly on my phone to recreate the notes. Do you have any suggestions or viable approaches for handling this? Thanks.

Samsung Apps and Services

If you can import those text notes into OneNote (free download from Microsoft as a standalone app), you can then sync OneNote with Samsung notes.  That's all I've got.  Someone else may have a better idea.  I suspect that One Note is less proprietary than Samsung notes, so you may just be better off switching to One Note as your notes app.
