Samsung Apps and Services
Every time I get an update on one of my devices, I have to go behind the update, every single time to turn off everything that would be, or could be, draining my battery. I've gotten it down to a science now. But none of the stuff that you're pushing out should be happening by default. Because all it does is drain. people's battery.

That's why you get so many complaints about battery. Because all this default stuff that you pump out in your updates is what is causing it. And unless these people know how to turn that off, then they're going to keep complaining about battery draining.
My routine:
1. Put every app in deep sleep mode.
2. Turn off running in the background for every app I do not want running in the background.
3. Disabling apps I do not use that you turn on by default.
4. Turning off permissions.
5. Keeping apps from using data, only wifi.
This is the short list.
On all my devices I get 4 days battery life. This is what you should be shooting for and pushing out with all your updates. There would be less complaints.

I believe the Android system can detect which apps you don't use often and put them to sleep.
e.g. on my former Z Flip 3 5G:
844/497 apps (total/excluding system)
259/258 disabled.
585/239 enabled.
