I've been searching all over and the only available thing that seems to be available are these reddit forums, is there a hidden option within the software that actually allows sending feedback instead of what feels like dropping a coin into a well and hoping for the best? I'm at my wits end here after searching for the last few hours and not seeing any function for providing feedback on issues I've had with samsung devices for the last ten years
Because the mechanism for sending feedback and requests is the same as an error report. An error report *IS* feedback. It used to say error report and then people would be confused about putting in their feedback, so they changed it to just "send feedback" and now they confuse the error reporters.
