I put a cellular plan on my Ultra Watch while my Z-Fold 6 was being sent in for repair. Spectrum put some funky software on my watch while installing the cellular number and I had to reset it. After resetting, it restored the data from my phone, but it is not transferring data on my Ultra Tablet. Anyone have any ideas as to what may have happened?

To the best of my knowledge you need a Samsung phone to pair with your watch.

What software did Spectrum install on your watch?  As far as I know, there is nothing a carrier can or will add to a watch when adding a phone line.  If you had cloud sync on in the health app, then any data you had in the health app should sync with the health app on all devices on which it's installed.

Their phone is out for repairs. While you might be able to sync your health data to your tablet, it has to be paired with a phone in order to sync with the tablet

When you reset your watch, you need to grant permissions to Health Connect on your tablet to synchronize information between your watch, phone, and tablet as well. SOLVED3LD07eKe0E.png
