I just got my OnePlus 13 and i love it! Upgraded from OnePlus 10 Pro. But, i just finished setting it up and can't install the Galaxy Wearable app to use it with my Galaxy Watch 7!

I tried to install it from my PC, from the phone itself, cleared cache and reinstalled play store but no luck.

I had no issues on my OnePlus 10 Pro. Why is this app not compatible with a phone that millions of people use across the world?

Have you tried sideloading the APK? On your OP 13, go to settings > security & privacy > more security & privacy > installation sources. Toggle your file manager, so you can install the APK.

Here's the link to download the version from your screenshot:

I don't have any Auto Block on my OnePlus 13 OOS 15.

Tried to sideload (i've shortened the app name), but get error:

Sorry, I was getting my phones mixed up. I edited my comment with what you need for the OP (I have one, too).

EDIT: Is that screenshot from your computer? Did you try to push the APK through ADB?

I've tried all possible solutions and none worked. That's why i posted this thread to find out if i'm the only one with this issue.. I would hate to sell my GW7!

Try XDA apparently there might be fixes over there.

I have that option enabled and tried File Manager and other file explorers and none can install it. If google play store can't then file managers won't either..

Makes sense. It's all just executing the same install.

Send an email to the address listed in the Play Store description. It shows as compatible with the 13. One would think it would install. If the app is not supposed to work with the 13, they need to modify the listing.

I've sent emails to the app provider and support but don't expect a reply anytime soon and in the meantime, i have a GW7 laying on my desk and can't use it.. 😡

Sorry, man. That really sucks. If they do respond, they might ask if the phone is rooted. Have you considered unrooting and trying the install?
