Feature request: Move top 3 settings buttons to bottom for better one-handed use

With Samsung's approach to bottom up for better one handed use, its time to move the 3 buttons to the bottom of the Qiuick Panel. I don't like having to reach to the top of my S25U to tap on it. It is this way on my Pixel 10ProXl. 

They should also be an option for right or left side. This option could be offloaded to QuickStar.

Finally Google has put the bar on the bottom of Chrome!

Bottom bar for mobile browsers is a no-brainer. About time Google figured that out.

Oh, dear lord, NO. I can see it as being an option, so those that use one handed mode can choose where they want it, but I'd bet my weekly gambling allowance that the majority of users do not use their phones one handed. How often does one actually access the top settings that it needs to be on the bottom for one handed users?

If I access those buttons once a year it's a lot. I don't continually edit the control/quick panel, and I have the settings app icon on my home screen, as well as shut my phone down via the side button..
