FEATURE REQUEST: Modes and Routines - Get Exact Phone time

I really love the modes and routines feature in my Samsung phone as it helps me more productive using my phone. I would love to request for a feature to enhanced my use of it and maybe others too.

Routines don't seem to have a way to get the phone exact time. Ir would be very helpful to include that

I was trying to make my phone read out a text out aloud when it's battery level is 80% charged complete and few minutes later make an alarm goes off - the alarm is like a backup in case I didn't hear the notification text spoken

But it doesn't seem it possible to get the exact time if I want to set up an alarm.

Workflow
Phone got to 80% - exact time doesn't matter here
Phone read aloud a text - exact time doesn't matter here also
Phone get exact time
Phone use the exact time to set an alarm - let's say 5 mins later
Phone rings after 5 mins later

I think this would be the routine you are looking for.  The "phone ring" would be the timer sound (pick a sound for your timer in the timer settings - settings/clock/timer/dot menu/settings/timer sound).  Or you could just turn battery protection on and set it to "maximum" and it will automatically stop charging at 80% and you don't have to be interrupted at all.
