Sorry but I don't know of any way to automatically delete a certain contact I have to manually delete them

Unfortunately, you have to delete them individually or delete your entire call log. There is a feature in the call log that if you block the number, you have an option to delete the entire call history for that number at the same time you block it, but it goes by the number, not the designation of "spam likely" or "suspected spam". It is unclear whether it will immediately delete future calls log entries for that number as they come in, since even blocked numbers show up in the log.
