I read the full up data log beforehand then updated my phone not expecting to see this violation of privacy it also cannot be disabled or turned off in any way I don't approve of this feature being added with out my concent of it being added

It has always been on your device. On all android devices. Since like android 4. The only difference is that now you can see it in all regions.

I can't see how the option to record something on your phone during a call is an invasion of your privacy. IIRC, you have to enable this feature while on a call for it to record. When using it, it also lets the other party know the call is being recorded, so they are aware they are being recorded. So, who's Privacy is currently being invaded?

You consented to everythihg wheb you read and accepted the downlaod agreement. Also it doesnt record unless you tell it to. Relax and take the tinfoil hat off

Change your dialer app to Phone by Google and you will no longer have the recording option. If a native app does not work for you, then you get an app that does. You consented to all downloads and updates when you agreed to the TOS when setting up your phone. You read the update logs, you should read the TOS. Violation of your rights? Don't make me laugh.
