Bring back the stock Radio app

Random emergencies are happening that will reduce signal coverage for a lot of people, and somehow the stock FM radio is disabled. The app is still being updated in 2025 and is in use in other regions

if you have older phone laying around, you can use it as Radio. Much better if you have a Nokia phone that has really great battery life to use it as Radio
