I purchased an Aqara W100 temperature sensor and connected the Aqara app to SmartThings. The app wants me to connect a hub to SmartThings before I connect the temperature sensor to the app. What hub do I need to connect my temperature sensor to? Does it need an Aqara hub or a Samsung hub
I'm guessing you need an Aqara hub, since it's their app that's telling you you need a hub. Aqara must have a customer service number or website with a FAQ where you can get clarification.
