What happens when you try going into the store have you cleared the apps cache

Are you on mobile data or WiFi? Have you restarted your device? If that doesn't work, clear cache & data for both stores.

But generally when this happens, it is caused by a 3rd party app which you have installed.

Sorry, 'Apps & Services' seemed like the proper selection category. Anyway, I don't recall installing any new apps recently, in the timeframe of when this started happening. 🤔
