Ok i may b latest on discovering this but here it is ( tap settings >connections >wifi>then tap the 3 dots upper right corner >intelligent wifi>scroll down too intelligent wifi >tap it 3 4 5 x> u then will c connectivity labs appear >tap it and the rest is up to u to play with but it's a wifi developer settings. Now this is as far as I know only on Samsung Galaxy devices my Samsung Galaxy tablet and my phone both have this.
Yr welcome i have found that in the diagnostic section you can connect to yr wifi exclusively without all the other ones interfering just tap on the one u want until u connect almost like spamming yr will to connect
